Growing up, I spent a lot of time on farms. Those early days taught me to respect where food comes from — the land, the people, the process. That understanding still shapes how I cook today: with purpose, pride, and ingredients that are thoughtfully sourced.

We’re proud to partner with Wimbledon Rooftop Farm, a brilliant local grower turning recycled coffee granules into something wonderful — delicious, sustainable mushrooms. These flavour-packed mushrooms are a key ingredient in some of our savoury patties, adding a rich, earthy depth that keeps people coming back for more.
What makes this partnership even more special is the full-circle story: our patties, made with their mushrooms, are sold back to the very café where the coffee waste began — creating a truly local, sustainable food loop.
